Selling Homes with lots of garage space and work area for hobbyists. I have been a car collector ever since I was in my mid teens (a very long time), and am very sensitive to the needs of all sorts of hobbyists, from wood workers to fellow car nuts. Frankly, the average Realtor hasn't a clue, when it comes to understanding such needs. To me, a kitchen is probably of some importance, a bathroom would be nice, but a huge garage is a neccessity.

Vintage and Historic Homes. I have lived in and restored several turn of the century homes in Colorado Springs, and have a special affection for them. I love the ambience of older neighborhoods with established trees and a tremendous sense of Community. I am an expert in the construction of such homes, and understand all the pros and cons.
