Only a handful of Realtors Nationwide have earned the Quality
Service Certificate. This is a new program, run by a neutral 3rd
party organization, which seeks to compile data from client
satisfaction surveys, to actually measure an agents effectiveness
and how people feel about their dealings with that person. I feel
that this is a great step forward. Please check out the web site.

Click on logo above to learn about the program - click on the print
above to see what my former clients have to say about my services.

The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is awarded
by the National Association of Realtors, to people who
successfully complete an extensive course of study dealing
with representation of people who are purchasing homes.
Most states now require Realtors to offer buyer representation
as one of the agency relationships offered. This designation
assures the buyer that the agent has the schooling and the
skills to negotiate on his/her behalf
.

The ePro certification shows proficiency in the use of the
Internet to market homes and continue to educate oneself
in Real Estate Matters. It is earned by completing an
extensive online course and passing an exam showing a
thorough understanding of the Intenet and use of computers
.

Terry shattuck, a specialist in Historic/Vintage homes, has
completed and passed the Historic Real Estate program
sponsored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
This course covers all aspects of architecture and
construction, as well as the marketing of older homes.
