On the navigation bar to the left, you will find several reports and other information on the process of selling your home. Since most people only sell a few homes in a lifetime, they have very little knowledge of what the Realtors' role is, and how one agent is different from another! When one does not really know what a Realtor does to sell a home, it is easy to fall prey to the agent who presents a very fine image while being "all show and no go", or the one who promises a great discount on the
fee, but does very little to sell the home; in which case you may be better off on your own. I have over 19 years in the business now, and feel that I have a very good feel, for what sellers need and expect. What's more; I'm willing to provide it!           Thank you, Terry Shattuck
