Especially if you are a newcomer to the area, or a
novice home buyer, we will want to spend time
learning about the buying process, available
resources, and the Colorado Springs area. I'm afraid
that most people do not do a very thorough job of
preparing for the purchase of their most valuable
asset. I will not allow that. I know that you are
anxious to get out there and look at homes, but I will
insist on laying a proper foundation first. The
Colorado Real Estate commission, rightfully, takes
the proper counsellng of clients extremely seriously,
as do I, and insists on good information to be
provided the client BEFORE LOOKING AT HOUSES!
